The MEMORIAL VOL. FIRE COMPANY of Slaughter Beach, DE purchased a Horton ambulance last year from FESCO with Jeff Hill as our salesman. Jeff, as a veteran EMT & life-long fire officer, treated us like family. The best part was that with every technical question asked of him (and there were many), he knew the answers. FESCO and Jeff treated us very professionally and continue to call and email to ask how we are making out. We took our ambulance to their service center to have some items mounted and it was done quickly with fine quality. We will use FESCO in the future and are very happy with our purchase. Great sales & service make for a long-lasting relationship.
TERRY JESTER, Fire Chief, Memorial Volunter Fire Company, Delaware
Our new Horton Ambulance looks great! It was a pleasure working with Rick Breed, Harrison Wilson and the New Delivery Team at FESCO on the integration of i4G and Horton Connect. I hope we have many more years of business with FESCO and Horton.

A lot of time went into the decision to purchase these units. Our first step was to survey our field personnel for what they needed and wanted in an ambulance. Based on this feedback, we looked for units that solved the top concerns of climate control performance and provider ergonomics (i.e. ride quality, headroom, space around stretcher). The Fire Shop wanted improved the serviceability, disc brakes, liquid spring suspension and top quality door and cabinet hardware. Our committee also wanted to increase provider safety in every way possible. In the end, the Horton product answered all these questions the best…..
Our committee is comprised of eight (8) members and works directly under the Executive Officer. Current members of the committee are from a variety of backgrounds and skill sets and include three captains, three lieutenants, and two firefighters.

Thank you for all the tremendous hospitality and support during our delegation’s visit to the Horton plant to inspect our new medic unit. We appreciated your detailed preparations and the facilitation of every aspect of our visit. With your help, all of our questions and any minor concerns were quickly addressed. Since this was my first visit to an ambulance manufacturer, I was especially impressed with the entire manufacturing process and thank you for taking the time to walk us through the plant and explain the finer points and distinctions in the Horton product. Thank you for doing that!
Again, please accept our thanks for all your outstanding hospitality and please pass on our appreciation to all of the folks at FESCO and Horton who helped make our visit both productive and informative.

The Francisco Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department recently accepted delivery of a new Horton 603 Ambulance from FESCO Emergency Sales; we are extremely pleased with the service that we received from FESCO. Upon our arrival at the service center, we were greeted warmly by company representatives. Todd Pittman, our sales representative, was with us for the entire process, beginning with the original ordering, continuing through the changes and additions, concluding with the delivery. Todd became familiar enough with our organization to offer suggestions of options that we might need and of others that would not be effective for us. We are particularly appreciative of his assistance with the graphics.

FESCO’s root begin in the 1950s when Ed Laake began selling Seagrave Fire Apparatus in the Baltimore-Washington corridor.
The territory expanded over time to include the all the states making up the mid-Atlantic region. As our product line has grown, so has our reach.
We now represent vehicle manufacturers throughout the mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions from Pennsylvania through the Carolinas; and we have expanded westward into West Virginia.
Please contact FESCO to discuss our representation in your area. We look forward to serving you!
