FESCO Emergency Sales is proud to represent three of today's most experienced and most distinguished manufacturers in Horton Emergency Vehicles, Crimson Fire, and Marion Body Works.
Horton
Emergency Vehicles has been manufacturing ambulances for over 35 years and is an industry leader in many facets of the manufacturing process. Horton is the first manufacturer to build an all-aluminum modular ambulance body. Other Horton innovations include modular cabinetry, electronically controlled oxygen systems, electronic throttle controls, solid-state electronics, vehicle diagnostics and electrical load management. Horton has just introduced their next-generation multiplex electrical system, the Intelliplex. They also lead the industry in design features such as silhouette lighting and blackout windows. Units are subjected to all required testing and procedures as outlined in Federal Ambulance Specifications (#KKK-A-1822E) and Ford Qualified Vehicle Modifier (QVM) guidelines. Horton still maintains the industry’s first and only ongoing independent testing program for crash integrity. Click here for Horton's product line.

Crimson Fire was originally started in 1912 as Luvurne Auto Company, and was eventually purchased in 1997 by Spartan Motors as a wholly owned subsidiary. Also in 1997, Spartan purchased Quality Fire Apparatus, and in 2003 merged the two companies under the Crimson Fire banner. Today, Crimson Fire is one of the top ten fire apparatus manufacturers in the United States, spcializing as a complete "Top of the Line"manufacturer. When utilizing the high quality Spartan Chassis, Crimson offers sole source responsibility by building the entire unit from the ground up. Crimson pumpers and heavy rescues are manufactured in Brandon, SD, and their aerials and platforms are manufactured in nearby Lancaster, PA. Crimson offers both rear-mount and mid-mount platforms, 75' and 103' rear mount aerials, as well as tractor drawn aerials. Crimson manufactures with either aluminum or stainless steel metals, and their innovative products combined with a "can do" attitude has created a noticeable buzz in the emergency vehicle market.
